Kelly was very informative and able to help us out in choosing a quality carpet while staying within our budget. They were able to work with my schedule on everything from the initial measurement to the final install. Highly recommend Kelly's flooring to anyone needing work done on their home or business. Customer service was great, and quality of carpet for the price was unmatched.

Very professional company. With Christy in sales, Tom who came to our house to measure the rooms, and Josh who is the rockstar handling installation. We replaced the carpet in 4 bedrooms. Josh and the other installer encountered a lot of dirt under the pad in 3 of the bedrooms and carefully removed it so it didn’t get into the air and ductwork. Josh worked with me so I had a bedroom/office to continue working for most of the day. We’re extremely happy and we highly recommend Kelly’s Flooring.

We are so happy with our stair runner! Kelly’s Flooring did an awesome job from beginning to end. Our installer (Dave) was very nice … did a great job and cleaned up too! Very easy to work with and highly recommend!

I am very happy with my new flooring. I had a staircase, landing and hallway done. I wanted carpet on the stairs and LVT on the landing and hall. Christy was very helpful with my floor choices. She suggested Fetch carpet for the stairs because that type is made to wear better on stairs. Then she suggested I use the same LVT that I already have in my living room so that I don't have different flooring in different areas of my home. I am glad I went with her suggestions because it looks fantastic. The installer came last week and did a superb job installing carpet LVT and baseboards. I am very happy and will definitely use Kelly’s for future flooring needs.
