1. In-Home Estimate
We come to you, measure every room, review the subfloor, and walk through your goals — budget, style, traffic, pets, kids. You get a written estimate the same day or shortly after.
2. Pick Your Carpet
Visit our High Ridge showroom or borrow samples to compare in your own light. We’ll recommend fiber, style, and padding to match how you actually live.
3. Prep & Removal
On install day, we move furniture, pull up old carpet and pad, haul it away, and inspect the subfloor. Squeaks, gaps, and uneven spots are addressed before any new carpet goes down.
4. Pad & Tack Strips
Quality padding goes down first — it adds comfort, reduces noise, and significantly extends carpet life. Tack strips are nailed around the perimeter to anchor the carpet.
5. Power-Stretched Install
We power-stretch every carpet installation — not just knee-kick. This prevents buckling, ripples, and premature wear, and is required by most major carpet warranties.
